The Machine Administration software monitors the status of the main unit hardware, reports status changes, and supports failure recovery (hereinafter, the Machine Administration software is referred to as Machine Administration). Using this software allows users to monitor the status of the main unit hardware with ease, and perform easier recovery from failures.
This manual describes the functions of Machine Administration and how to operate them.
The purpose of this manual is to enable users to monitor the status of the main unit hardware and recover from failures with Machine Administration.

This manual has five chapters and two appendixes. Chapters 1, 2, 4, 5, and the appendixes contain information that is common to all models.
Accordingly, these chapters and appendixes contain information not only on the model you are using but also on other models as well.
Chapter 3 contains model-specific information on how to start up models and how to operate them, respectively. For detailed explanations specific to your model, please refer to the corresponding parts in this chapter.
