Chapter 10 File System Management | > 10.4 Using the GFS Shared File System for RMS Cluster Operation |
When the GFS Shared File System is to be used as the shared file system for RMS cluster operation, disk resource and mount point resources must not be defined at RMS application creation.
The GFS Shared File System requires mount information be defined in /etc/fstab, and "noauto" must be specified in the mount options filed.
Note, however, that "noatrc" must not be specified in the "mount options" field as a /etc/fstab description for a file system so that the file system registered in /etc/fstab is automatically mounted on after the GFS Shared File System activation processing.
