1.8.10 Stopping the GFS Shared File System

Be sure to unmount all the GFS Shared File System in a node, before stopping the operation of a GFS Shared File System using the following command.

# /etc/init.d/sfcfsrm stop

When the command mentioned above is executed with GFS Shared File System mounted, the mount information of GFS Shared File System remains, so mounting or unmounting the file system becomes impossible. In this case, reboot the node to restarting the operation of GFS Shared File System.
