Appendix H Register shared disk units |
In a cluster environment, GDS needs to recognize how disk units are connected to each node. GDS determines the physical configuration and allows users to set the logical scope then define disk classes, disk groups and volumes.
Therefore, in order to create disk classes, disk groups and volumes, you must first understand how disk units are connected to the cluster system.
This appendix describes how to create physical disk connection configuration that is necessary to define disk classes, disk groups and volumes.
