This shows how to use a mouse tailored to your needs.
Single selection
To select an item such as an icon, button, or menu, position the mouse pointer to the desired item. Then, left-click to select the target of operation. If single selection is repeated, the last selected will be effective.
Multiple selection
Holding the <Shift> key down, position the mouse pointer on an item and click the mouse left button.
Canceling selection
Holding the <Cntl> key down, position the mouse pointer on the item to be canceled and click the mouse left button.
Deselecting text
Position the mouse pointer on an area other than icons or selection items and click the mouse left button to cancel all selections.
