8.1.1.5 recover subcommand

DESCRIPTION

The subcommand "recover" restores a communication path failed by error.
This subcommand can be executed if the message "offline" is not displayed using the info or status subcommands.
Successfully completing this subcommand changes the communication path into the "stop" state.
If you specify a communication path name, this subcommand will be performed for the specified communication path. Unless the original error cause is removed, communication may revert back to the "fail" state, depending upon the hardware failure.
