The system boots up when you press the POWER switch on the processing unit's operation panel. Solaris OE will automatically boot if the MODE switch is set to AUTO or LOCK. For more information on the MODE switch, refer to "1.2.3.1 MODE Switch."
The mode switch is not mounted on PRIMEPOWER 1. Solaris OE is automatically booted by pressing the POWER switch.
