5.2.6 DR operation is killed by a signal accidentally

The following explains how to recover in case the DR attach/detach operation is killed by sending a signal.

It is not recommended to stop DR attach/detach operation with a signal on purpose. If it is not recoverable by the following instructions, the system should be rebooted.
